Profile

Vera Lyssiotis is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of VERA LYSSIOTIS LLC and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1991. With more than 30 years of legal practice, she has become a trusted advisor in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Migration & Business Relocation. 

Carrying forward the legacy of the Renos Lyssiotis Law Office (established 1955) and the Renos Lyssiotis Trademark Bureau (established 1961), Vera represents the second generation of the Lyssiotis legal family. She combines the professionalism and ethos inherited from her father with her own modern vision of a client-focused, international practice.

Her business involvement in the Lyssiotis companies has given her a rare understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and investors. This dual perspective — lawyer and businesswoman — enables her to provide practical, solution-oriented advice that aligns legal strategy with commercial reality.

Professional Contribution

Throughout her career, Vera has advised corporate groups, international investors, and private clients on complex matters ranging from cross-border structuring and corporate governance to trademark protection, real estate transactions, and relocation services. She is also actively engaged in immigration and business relocation policy, serving as a member of the Migration Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

She actively participates in international legal conferences and professional networks, strengthening the firm’s global reach and collaborations.

Beyond her professional work, Vera is actively involved in women’s empowerment initiatives. She recently organised “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” in collaboration with the Deputy Ambassador of Romania, bringing together women ambassadors and leading businesswomen to strengthen dialogue, networking, and opportunities for women in Cyprus and abroad.
