Dr. Katerina Georgiadou is a seasoned Commercial lawyer with 12+ years of experience specializing in guiding businesses and individuals through complex transactions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, strategic risks and high-stakes contract negotiations across diverse industries. Dr. Katerina Georgiadou is known for her strong negotiation and communication skills, she is currently acting as a Senior Associate and Head of Commercial, FinTech and Energy at VERA LYSSIOTIS LLC, supporting both international and local clients by delivering tailored, practical solutions while ensuring legal compliance.
Throughout her career, Dr. Georgiadou has held various key positions, showcasing her versatility and proficiency. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and holds certifications as a Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) trainer and a Commercial Mediator.
Dr. Katerina Georgiadou is also an Academic, her dedication to academia is evident through her conference participations, publications in peer-reviewed journals, lecturing and supervision of postgraduate dissertations. Her teaching experience spans a wide array of legal subjects and is currently the Head of the LLB Programme at the Cyprus Business School (CIM).
