Andri Gavriel is an integral member of the legal team at VERA LYSSIOTIS LLC, supporting both corporate and private clients with tailored legal solutions. She has developed strong expertise in commercial and contract law, advising on the drafting and negotiation of agreements that protect client interests and support business objectives.

Her practice also covers immigration law, corporate matters, civil marriages and cohabitation agreements, and real estate transactions. She advises on the full spectrum of migration services, including Category 6.2 investment-based residency permits, BCS company permits for third-country nationals, EU registrations (MEU1/MEU2/MEU3), family reunification permits, and naturalisation applications.

In addition, Andri advises on compliance and AML-related issues, ensuring that business structures and corporate transactions meet Cyprus and EU legal requirements. She also carries out client due diligence to safeguard clients’ interests.
